The interruption of everything

This week I have been operating in Survival Mode. My uncle's passing has been a double edged sword-of course it has presented an enormous amount of sadness, but it has also reminded me how blessed I am. And my grandmother always said "If you don't use the blessings that you have, the good Lord just may take them away". My uncle always believed in my talents and my spirit, so his untimely death has reminded me to make good use of the time I have here on earth.
So once life calms down a bit, and I have a break from having breakdowns, I look forward to bigger and better things.I have this newfound confidence that makes me feel like I can do anything.

The passing of someone is a definite reminder that we shouldn't waste one moment that we have on earth. When I get down or start to dwell on the negative, I'm reminded that nothing is guranteed and just getting up in the morning with my mind alert and my body healthy is the blessing I don't want to take for granted.

My sincerest condolences on your loss, my friend. Bless you.

I'm watching "Dead Like Me" on DVD. Some of the episodes are so spot-on powerful I know I'll watch them again and again.

Best to you today.
